Either we possess individal rights and liberties or we do not, regardless of any tortured logic used to abrogate them. The police, sworn to protect and defend the constitution, will revoke a mile of our freedom if given an inch of it by courts. Shame on the U.S. court for bowing to special interest political groups (MADD), and kudos to the Michigan court for honoring their oaths and actually performing their duty.
Merry Christmas.
