		<description>DMV Hearings are a disgraceful violation of an individual&#039;s due process rights.  The idea that a license is a privilege in today&#039;s society is a sham.  A license is necessary for individuals to function in our world.  An individual&#039;s ability to work, provide for his or her family, to accomplish basic tasks, and to survive all require a license.  Canada and the U.S. should have a greater appreciation for the value of a license and not deny people that right on a whim.  Hopefully these indefinite suspensions will be challenged and struck down.</description>
