Where I would then be accused of DUI, it was dismissed because the CHP lost the dash cam video showing me traveling 45 mph in a 45mph zone I had to do major damage control with these public servants and the DMV. Paying a lawyer to represent me did not help me. Five years has past It has cost me over $500,000 for a simple traffic stop. I lost pension, and for the last 5 years steady employment. What I can share here is that the Government is not here to protect us, they are here to steal our liberty, freedom, property, all at the barrel of a gun.
