Aledgedly speeding, she was then arrested dui. officer claimed she was over the limit on the alcotest...we fought it, time and again they failed to produce the test results, case went on for almost a year and cost us 9,000$ until the dui was dismissed...the cd the officer kept bringing to the municipal court was blank! Cost us a lot but We beat it. unfortunately he is still on the job and leads arrests in his township.I wonder how many don't have the money to fight it? similar, thing happened to my wife in NJ.
