Little by little finally some sanity in the Court. But it still doesn't change the fact this individual had to endure plenty of hardship and expense in clearing what truly was an illegal arrest..I've mentioned this before. Immunity laws need to be revisited. This person should automatically be reimbursed for whatever expense was involved in clearing this charge along with damages without a drawn out Court process, which, he could attempt, but as we all know would be rejected under cover of immuity provisions. If these officers knew they could be held responsible for bad calls, they would think twice before arbitrarily arresting anyone they feel like....Sad part is most Gov't grants given to agencies or awards recognizing law enforcement is based on "arrests made". Whether right or wrong never comes to play in that equation..That alone speaks for itself....
