		<description>Perhaps people will be able to sue if a bartender puts too much of a serving of a high proof liquor in a mixed drink and the patron ends up loosing their license because they were unaware that they were going to be &quot;hot&quot; when they come upon an unannounced road block or just simply stopped by a cop after leaving the bar and falsely accused of a traffic violation of some kind.</description>
