This act make sense for everyone. But, I think we should also take consider the owner of the restaurant. We should make a list of the fouls that will be included on the responsibility of the restaurant.

Perhaps people will be able to sue if a bartender puts too much of a serving of a high proof liquor in a mixed drink and the patron ends up loosing their license because they were unaware that they were going to be “hot” when they come upon an unannounced road block or just simply stopped by a cop after leaving the bar and falsely accused of a traffic violation of some kind.

Next we’ll be able to sue carmakers for providing us with the means to drive over the speed limit. I mean, it’s not MY fault that my car can do 100mph in a school zone! I’m gonna sue!
