I was stopped in 2007 for allegedly going 60 in a 45 mph zone when I was traveling 46 mph. I was then accused of smelling like alcohol which does not have an oder. Before this allegation I was told to open my window and; "put the water bottle down nothing is going to help you now" When I was informed that nothing was going to help me now is when I refused to cooperate and asked to see a judge and a lawyer. The police kept asking me to blow, I said no! My case was dismissed, then reduced to a reckless driving. The DMV decided to arbitrarily make up an opinion that was based on absolutely "NO EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE" they also lacked evidence of a complaining party. I have not had a moving violation in over three years before this stop nothing. there were no injuries accidents and I worked for the Studios in transportation. I have not had a job since March of 2008. I still cannot get any employment because the system is set up to be punitive for many years later by the DMV and the insurance industry. In the last 4 years I've lost $400,000 dollars in employment and benefits. I've lost everything for a simple lying police man out on a mission to destroy private citizens.
