		<description>Come on now, in all honesty, don&#039;t you think that it would have been appropriate to post the remaining portion of that article that stated the officers supposedly smelled alcohol and conducted field sobriety tests on the bikers and that five men, ages 18 to 22, were arrested, cited for bicycle DUI and released and that one arrestee was the accident victim, who wasn&#039;t seriously injured. And yes, I realize that ALL officers are trained to say that they always smell alcohol at any given time on peoples breath, unless it involves one of their fellow officers or pals.</description>
