One can always count on MADD to come out with utterly astounding positions as the wind changes direction. The beer summit thing still has first place in my book though. And what was the real story behind that Chapter being closed? Was it due to fund shortages as claimed, or was there some other reason? MADD National maybe? Bad press maybe?</description>
