"In a seven-page decision, Justice Alan Page said the jury could reasonably conclude that Daryl Fleck was in "physical control" of his vehicle when arrested."

So, basically, if I get drunk at a bar with a friend who is the DD and they do not drink they could drop me off in front of my house. While unlocking my front door, a cop could arrest me if I have my car keys on my person because I had physical control of my car. Or, even if I get drunk at home and my keys are in the house I could also be arrested if for some reason a cop showed up at my door.
