		<description>Well, in my case, I simply kept asking to speak to an attorney.  The cop told me that &quot;I didn&#039;t get to do that.&quot;  But I knew that wasn&#039;t true in the state of Michigan.  Here, if a person asks to speak to an attorney, the cops have to give you a reasonable amount of time (that could be hours) to get a hold of one.  So when the cop said I didn&#039;t get to speak to an attorney, I said, &quot;Oh yes I do.&quot;  Well, when we went before the Sec. of State for the hearing on my license revocation we won!  

In the end they dropped all the charges.  That was my second arrest.  The one where I hadn&#039;t had anything to drink at all.  But the arrested me just because there was a first arrest that was outstanding in the courts at that time.</description>
