If the police feel inclined, ie.. they feel your under the influence, whether your speech is slurred, muffled, quiet, or not to their standard, they can draw blood. Where is the standard? Other than the police opinion? NONE. It is entirely up to the officer. Do not get upset with them or you will get tested, they will retaliate against negative behaviors, such as being upset about being pulled over to begin with. POLICE STATE..... Scary indeed.
