		<description>Many people know that after a DUI conviction they will need to carry some form of SR22 Insurance. My question is this, when Texting while driving starts to become habitual for some drivers and the fines are not a strong enough deterrent could we see the day when &quot;habitual texters&quot; will need some form of SR22 insurance?</description>
