One point I might add is, this might and I emphasize ‘might’ work in cases where there is injury or death (?) with priors, and even then I’m against the idea of cops playing doctors with guns, or ‘Offering the American People a Service at the Barrel of a Gun” all in the name of “safety’ which I truly believe is a “ruse” in order for the Government to be able separate us all from our money, property, and freedoms.

In my posting here, I’ve felt like it has been a therapeutic release for me, although the truth is, I was punished by the police, DMV, and State of California for the honorable and patriotic act of; ‘Remaining Silent, Claiming my legal status, and my 4th/5th Amendment rights” during a traffic stop!

The State/DMV call’s it a ‘Refusal’ The state said; “I knowingly Refused” Well no shit, I knowingly claimed my rights… I call it an act Tyranny and Fraud against every free American by the State and the DMV. The evidence of these acts of Tyranny and Fraud occur everyday during business hours.

The rest of America will soon follow, I’m very proud of our founding fathers and this great country, for me to have been able to claim my legal status, as a free American George Washington would be very proud of these Americans and of me as well.

This is what I learned from this experience, I’m an American Patriot, and what I did was true and correct based on our founding fathers, the Constitution, and the Bill of rights.

What these folks are doing is true and correct, they are American Patriots.
