I don't see how judges and prosecutors are getting around that. If they want to change the legal limit, fine. But right now we are supposed to be operating under established laws, not potential laws. Lots of people make the mistake of passing at the wrong time that results in accidents and deaths unfortunately at times. Do they get charged like this too? Whats different here?
