		<description>Hmm... I believe in the DUI classes (helped forced down the public&#039;s throat by MADD) talk about THC and how long it sits in your fat cells.  They even educate the people that they could quit smoking for weeks and still have THC in their blood due to it.  However; they at least state you are no longer under the effect of marijuana long after inducement of the substance.  I find that law to be grossly twisted as I find a lot of laws to be sickeningly twisted.  The one thing people are not talking about that I&#039;ve noticed is it is the legislature who are proposing these laws.  If you do not want them - vote them out and try to get someone who won&#039;t try to enact bills like that in.  MADD has been doing this for years.</description>
