A man recorded a contact with police at a DUI checkpoint. He refused to answer questions or do FSTs. The cop then lied and said he smelled the odor of alcohol on his breath. The man eventually did a PAS test after a superior officer promised he would discipline the cop for lying if the PAS reading was a 0.00 – and it was. You can hear the test conducted. The guy hadn’t had a drink in two weeks.

Below is a link to the audio recording of the stop.

Here's another little bit of experience comming down the pipe. Last night here in the San Fernando Valley California area there was a
DUI sobriety check point, Now I was not on the road because I magically can't drive all of a sudden, however a professional colleague friend of mine was traveling southbound on Van Nuys Blvd after dropping me off, and stopping for some KFC to go.

I called him a 9pm to see if he made it home okay, he had just picked up his food and said he was being funneled into one lane, traffic was jammed , and then he noticed the warning signs. Now he is in a panic mode because he always has one for the road. I told him to remember what to say, and start eating the chicken and smear it all over his face and be chewing it when the officer signals you to roll down your window.

I thought he might just get asked to "step out of the vehicle" --routine.

He hangs up. I get a call back about a half hour later, he tells me that the officer asked him if he'd had anything to drink tonight, his reply was not much, the officer said; "not Much"?, then my friend said; "Nothing", the officer then said; "have a good night"

What is the fantasy?
