As courts attempt to arrest larger amounts of people under the cloak of "making the streets safer" private companies are goign to attempt to capitalize on it. Whether it's DNA tests that may be faulty or these breath tests that are unreliable and that have no checks system in place, making money off of prosecutions is an unfortunately booming business prospect for many technology companies. (Kinda funny when the shoe's on the other foot, Right Don ?) Put Toby in Prison untill he complies with the judge's order(s). I bet his dance card will be full every night...
