I think Mr. Taylor nailed it in a post a while back,

So where’s our sovereignty? Where are our rights?

What I’m finding out is; you have to know your rights before you can claim them…. You have to claim your sovereignty. Claim both of them, and then ask the questions: what’s the nature of the stop?, Am I being detained?, Am I free to go? In doing this you have to be willing to spend some time in jail, why? for claiming your rights and knowing them, as well as asking a “public servant” (Revenue collectors) the really tuff questions.

when we the sovereign (private citizens) level the playing field. (against the public servants) the surprise is; we Know thy self and be thy master.

What they’re hiding is that they’re making money while predicting people’s guilt. They’re not showing people’s guilt, they’re simply making an educated guess at whether or not the individual taking the breath test is guilty.
