So where's our sovereignty? Where are our rights? What I'm finding out is; you have to know your rights before you can claim them.... You have to claim your sovereignty. Claim both of them, and then ask the questions: what's the nature of the stop?, Am I being detained?, Am I free to go? In doing this you have to be willing to spend some time in jail, why? for claiming your rights and knowing them, as well as asking a "public servant" (Revenue collectors) the really tuff questions. when we the sovereign (private citizens) level the playing field. (against the public servants) the surprise is; we Know thy self and be thy master. I think Mr. Taylor nailed it in a post a while back,

They're not showing people's guilt, they're simply making an educated guess at whether or not the individual taking the breath test is guilty.
