The police know all they have to do is arrest you for DUI and then you are forced to prove your innocence. This gives the police who are on "power trips" all the power they lust after. I have friends in the ranks and they tell me that indeed there are members of the police who enjoy arresting people for the sake of power. Even worse, there are ones who enjoy hurting people after they are handcuffed, in the name of "resisting arrest". The DUI problem is symptomatic of what is going wrong in this country. Citizens rights are being taken away in the name of "DUI", "Nationalism", Anti-American", "Religion", to name a few. People forget this country was founded because people were sick and tired of British rule and the kings mandates. Sound familiar? This is a travesty of so called justice.
