In nj the statute simply says anyonme with a bac 0,08% or over, and gives absoltley no means to obtain that bac whatsoever.

all i have been saying is that if you want to use the number from the alcotest, the instruments must be validated to ensure the number is right, even if it only ensures the number is what it is, that the number produced is correct in of what thne instrument is suppose to do, in according with good laboratory practices.
