I heard about this and wonder why there is no outrage. The thought police need to have proof and should have been stopped before they were allowed to test 90 young people. I guess they are following Bushes 1% doctrine. Could we go to the police station because we heard a rumor that they were drinking? Would they submit to testing? No, you would be jailed almost immediately or worse.

thats why next time, you have a bunch of people with cell phone video cameras, you get the cops harrassing people on video.

also maybe set up video cams outside and inside in a few places.

make sure everyone who attends is 100 percent sober, no alcohol, no pot, no drugs, have 2 kegs of rootbeer, one on the front porch with kids with the red cups, and one in the kitchen, i view of the front door– all rootbeer,

you set the cops up good, you can sue the town nice

That’s funny stuff. I’d hate to see other kids get the same idea, and have things go south for them at the hands of some real nazi cops.

thats hard to belive

however, now that there is egg on the police faces, next week they can have a beer keg, and that police will be afraid to make the same mistake twice.

better yet, have the rootbeer again, but have the kids spread it around svchool that it will be real beer, so the junior narcs in the school will tell the police, then after the police raid the house a 2nd time, the family can sue the police for harassment and get a restraining order against the police.

then the rwsal kegger can take place
with the towns money from the law suit.

And there’s more to this story… A statement from one of the cops was that they realized it was root beer being served early on, the reason for such a thorough search was a “sobriety check point” type argument. Just one of those kids could have been drinking before they came to the party and they just had to be sure… The article never did say if permission to enter the home was granted or not. I guess the odor of root beer and kids just having way too much fun to be sober was probable cause enough…
