They also passed over some that were over the limit. Unrelated: Good news for me to every one (I hope anyway), I got the results from my optional blood test in the mail the other day and it stated I was at 0.07 when the breathalyser stated me at 0.095. Oddly enough though, in AR the breathalyser holds more weight in court and even if aquitted, I have no license until then.
