imagine if nj was like that, i would have been without a license these past 30 months, waiting for a trial that if i lost would be a 3 month suspension.


but, still, the fact i have made 13 court appearances over 30 montrhs times, and cant even get a hearing, has so greatly disarupted my life and caused me so much depression, that i havnt left the house in 18 months except for court, , so its kinda the same thing</description>

		<description>Jim, I think I recall seeing another version of this story on another website that went into the details further and yes they did, even ones that had nothing to drink.  They also passed over some that were over the limit.

Unrelated: Good news for me to every one (I hope anyway), I got the results from my optional blood test in the mail the other day and it stated I was at 0.07 when the breathalyser stated me at 0.095.  Oddly enough though, in AR the breathalyser holds more weight in court and even if aquitted, I have no license until then.</description>
