Does anybody know of an attorney that would take on a class action suit to get all the pass breath tests thrown out or get the convictions thrown out or reduced as i'm sure the Defendents plea was contaminated with the breath test results being push at the court and held over there heads. One way or another there has to be justice.Whether the state was wrong and the driver was wrong. Two wrongs don't make a right..
