Not only does it constitute a "double jeopardy", it violated the US Constitution, it is a clear violation of the Texas constitution. This program to generate revenue should be abolished. As in all states that have implemented this program, the legislative entities should be impeached. REMOVE them from office, I have made an analysis, and (most) legislative entities that support this endeavor are Republican. We need t0 eliminate them in this next vote.
