Lawrence,
I wanted to thank you for having a fascinating and highly readable blawg. Your emphasis on a narrow set of topics makes you highly focused; your fierce indignation and experience makes you both informative and challenging.
I like your takes on the fraudulent presumptions used by legislatures, prosecutors, and courts to convict those who may in fact be both factually and legally innocent under the law - they are probably a violation of lenity, violation of justice, violation I would argue of the Constitution's due process requirements.
I will be pointing to you in an upcoming post (primarily) about Third degree murder, which references your excellent recent post about the January train wreck disaster.
Regards,
Eh Nonymous
