I just don't get it, if we the people know our Constitutional rights and apply them, why is it then that this is being allowed to happen? What kind of society "tells on themselves" to the Government, for simply operating a motor vehicle down the highway? It's borderline embarrassment when we have a Constitution that is supposed to protect us, yet we allow the Government to give the appearance that it does not. It might be said that if every American who is stopped for this alleged crime were to invoke his/her Constitutional rights (Refuse) that we the people could shut down this tyranny against us, and take back the US Constitution? Last September 2007, during a traffic stop I did just that, I became part of the solution. In exchange for my sacrifice, the DMV is constantly violating my 14th Amendment privileges for the last 3 months, every minute of every hour and going forward until April 4th of 2009. They DMV actually thinks they are punishing me? Anyone with any intelligence can see that the DMV is retro-actively punishing our founding fathers and the integrity of our United States Constitution, with every false suspension and theft of our property. How and when will this be fixed????
