This is terrible! I don't want people to drive drunk but I know how much it affects people's lives and to have them hinged on something so inaccurate is a crime itself.

No need for tricks to fool a Breathalyzer. Take a look at AlcoPal www.alcopal.com and see what you think.

Im currently fighting a DUI where almost the Exact thing happend, Id had ONE swig, blew a .15, and it was because the officer "saw me apexing an s curve at 60 mph after exiting a parkinglot. i failed the step turn test (i walk with a pronounced limp) and was arrested. BUt i distinctly remember the officer telling me to take in as big a breath as you can, and when i tell you blow, (its amazing how his report says i performed the breath test as pur his instruction, but i couldnt follow his directions at the roadside). luckaly i have a good Public defender, and right now the jurys deadlocked. I only wish id know about this before closing argument

I was arrested recently for dwi,i was pulled over because the officer said he clocked me at 54
miles per hour which is totally
wrong. i had a couple of drinks and was very tired from working
many hours two weeks in a row.
i did have a open container that
had been tipped over by a passenger. i aced the internal clock but had a problem mantaining the impossible walk thi line routine and the officer
took twice as long on the eye test. my attorneys said they
were experienced at dwi but
that is not the case..i am going to plea because i can't deal with this,, is there any place for people to get info on cases that lawyers have tried?/
