Question: Is there any research data or case law that shows Breathalyzer readings from new car solvents? I drove a brand new car continually for 3 days prior to registering extremely high readings on a roadside EPAS machine (AlcoTest 7410 Plus) in California; which was followed, of course, by a DUI arrest. Any thoughts, comments, HELP??
