12/28/12 my 16 year old and three friends intentionally slept in my car, he was in the driver's seat, after walking from a friend's house where they were drinking. He never drove my car after he started drinking. They were asleep with blankets over them when four police cars pulled up and they woke them up and told my son to get out of car. He passed all of the physical tests but breath level was .147. He handed the officer his keys that were in his pocket before he got out of the car. Because I did not answer my phone to pick him up, they arrested him with a DUI (b). All of the other boys went home with no consequences. This is the Grass Valley P.D. which is known for being dishonest regarding DUI. I am on Social Security, a senior single mother. What do you think his changes are. He is a good kid, never even detention. He just got his license and was trying to act grown up. He is scared to death.
