Apples and Acid reflux. One way to control acid reflux is to change your diet. Do you know what foods can trigger your symptom. Will an Apple? No. An apple a day will keep the doctor and reflux away! Apples can actually help. Really...

Illegal DUI in PA 5/2005. Arresting Officer said I 'failed' the sobriety test. Which I didn't. At that point, I knew this guy was a bad cop. I was literally afraid for my safety! I stated 'I want to speak to my lawyer'. Nothing else came out of my mouth. The ao didn't read me the three statements he was legally bound to read, and because I wouldn't agree to anything (blood test, processing, etc.) I ended up being labeled 'uncooperative', was hauled off to prison where I spent 18 hrs.! The PennDot part was found in my favor by judge, stating the arresting officer's character was "suspect" due to a.o.'s fumbling, back-peddling, and inconsistency during his testimony, but mostly because ao did not follow the very law that PennDot wrote(having to read me the three points!). If this clown would have, I would have known I didn't have the 'right' to an attorny prior to being processed, and I would automatically lose my license for 1 yr. by not agreeing to blood test! Knowing that I would have gladly complied with requests! PennDot appealed all the way up to Pa. Supreme Court, where it was thrown out for good! What happened to me? $7,000+ in court fees, fines, ARD, 'counseling', lawyer, loss of work, stress, embarrasemnt and lots of time spent fulfilling the law's requirements. The arresting officer? Zilch. Can we say, "Police State"?
