		<description>My passenger, a male, and I were both given breath tests when I was stopped.  He drank rather consistently for over five hours.  I most certainly did not.  Yet, I tested higher than he did.  I didn&#039;t understand then and I still don&#039;t really understand now.  Why didn&#039;t my arresting officer see that something was wrong?</description>
